A booking for a cake can be made in writing or verbally, over the phone or face to face, once a booking is made the cost of the cake will be agreed. A booking that is cancelled:- ~ within 5 calendar days of the agreed completion date may incurr a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed cost. ~ within 2 calendar days of the agreed completion date may incurr a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed cost Invoices can be provided in advance or at delivery/collection. Payment must be made in cash or by cheque at that time. Bookings may be taken at short notice if we realistically feel we can fulfil your order All cakes will be completed on a board or drum and in a suitable box Cakes can be delivered by us, or collected by the client or their agent by agreement, sadly due to their fagility cakes cannot be shipped. Where we undertake to deliver a cake we will agree in advance the cost of delivery at a mutually convenient time to a mutually convenient location. We will meet all agreed and reasonable requests relating to flavours, fillings,coverings and designs. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from nuts, neither can we comply with religious laws such as Kosher or Halal requirements.
